TTA pathways
Module 1 – Foundation
Module 1 focuses on core pedagogical and digital competences required for effective teaching and learning, including communication, ethical academic conduct, digital literacy, and inclusive support for students.
Module 2 – Open Programme / Enhancement
Module 2 offers flexible and thematically diverse courses that help academic staff deepen competences in curriculum design, assessment, mentoring, inclusive teaching, and hybrid learning environments.
Module 3 – Specialisation
Module 3 supports experienced academic staff through advanced topics such as Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, AI and digital pedagogy, curriculum innovation, supervision, and professional learning communities.
Module 4 – Borderless University Pedagogy
Module 4 supports academic leadership and institutional integration across the ACROSS Alliance, with emphasis on joint curricula, micro-credentials, co-teaching, digital campus workflows, and transnational learning models.
