TTA Pathway

Module 1 – Foundation Module 1 focuses on core pedagogical and digital competences required for effective teaching and learning, including communication, ethical academic conduct, digital literacy, and inclusive support for students. Module 2 – Open Programm / Enhancement Module 2 supports open programme development and enhancement through flexible teacher training offers that strengthen teaching practice, curriculum design, and international collaboration. Module 3 – Specialisation Module 3 provides specialised training opportunities for academic staff who want to deepen their expertise in selected pedagogical, digital, intercultural, or discipline-specific teaching areas. Module 4 – Boarderless University Pedagogy Module 4 focuses on borderless university pedagogy, encouraging inclusive, international, and collaborative teaching approaches across the Across Alliance.
