Description

This course walks participants through the step-by-step process of drafting a competency framework, an essential tool for implementing a Competency-Based Education (CBE) approach. Built around the competencies targeted by the training programme, the competency framework provides a structured basis for organising both teaching and assessment. It also supports transparent communication with students and socio-professional partners regarding the aims and expectations of the programme.
