Description
The course provides a practical introduction to gamification in higher education. It explores how selected game elements and techniques can be used to enhance student motivation, engagement, and active participation. Participants will learn how to incorporate simple gamification strategies into their teaching practices.
Learning objectives / expected outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
– Understand the basic principles of coaching in education.
– Recognize opportunities for applying coaching techniques in university teaching.
– Use basic coaching communication and questioning techniques.
– Support student reflection, motivation, and independent learning.
