Description
This course introduces the concept of the borderless workplace by exploring the main forms of cross-border work, including posted, remote, platform, and diaspora employment. It examines the economic drivers of labour mobility, such as globalisation, talent shortages, and wage arbitrage, while providing a sociological perspective on who moves, who stays, and the inequalities shaping contemporary labour mobility.
