Atomic Learning Units (ALUs) are short, focused learning experiences that build practical, future-ready skills. Each targets a single outcome and delivers high-impact knowledge in 25–90 minutes. ALUs can be taken individually or combined into micro-credential courses or parts of degree programmes, letting you learn at your own pace and tailor your studies to your goals.

| ALU description | This Atomic Learning Unit introduces learners to the basic principles of creating effective and engaging digital learning materials using Canva. The unit focuses on visual clarity, structure, readability, accessibility, and learner engagement. Participants will explore examples of educational posters, infographics, worksheets, and short presentations. At the end of the unit, learners will create a simple digital learning material suitable for use in an educational or training context. |
